It’s about becoming a little more curious about how you experience yourself. If you’ve been feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, constantly “in your head,” or simply want to understand yourself better, this space is for you. About the Collaborators :- Juhi Jaiswal is a neurodivergent psychologist, mindfulness-based art facilitator and mental health educator. Drawing on lived experience, she creates spaces where people feel understood, accepted and free to be themselves. Juhi founded Essence of Living in 2018, an initiative creating accessible, stigma-free spaces through counselling, listening circles, workshops, mindfulness-based art, content and podcasts. Ketaki Natekar is a Counselling Psychologist with 10+ years of experience. She is passionate about creating accessible, meaningful spaces that bring psychology into everyday life. Her workshops combine reflection, creativity and evidence-informed psychological practices to help people build deeper connections—with themselves and others.
