About this event

A hands-on lab in what AI coding assistants get wrong, and testing whether your instincts about them are as good as you think. \*\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS A PAID CLASS, PLEASE BUY A TICKET HERE:\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* https://www.universe.com/events/caging-claude-hackers-guide-to-vibecoding-safely-tickets-VPBF4K What is the problem? AI code agents rapidly expand the capability and speed of developers, but are still building real vulnerabilities into projects that are easy to prevent. How do we close the gap and vibecode at speed without deploying massively vulnerable code? What will you learn? The question this lab poses is this: do you know where AI coding is quietly wrong, and can you catch it before it bites you? You'll work through real vulnerability classes (hallucinated dependencies, injection, leaked secrets, broken access control) mapped to real CVE/CWEs, each with a live exercise where you catch the failure yourself. Next, you'll vibecode live something you'd normally be nervous to touch: an auth-and-secrets system. Before every step, you'll predict where the assistant will need your oversight. At the end, you'll learn in a personal assessment how right those predictions actually were, where you might trust too much, and where you were more paranoid than you needed to be. If you want a much clearer picture of when you can trust your AI, and how to improve the security of the projects you make, this class is for you. Bring a laptop, we'll include the AI agent to code with! \*\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS A PAID CLASS, PLEASE BUY A TICKET HERE:\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* https://www.universe.com/events/caging-claude-hackers-guide-to-vibecoding-safely-tickets-VPBF4K
