About this event

Effective documentation is a critical component of midwifery care. Is your documentation clearly detailing your care? Are you leaving an intellectual footprint that is comprehensive and complete? Would some guidance help to ensure your record meets standards? Would you like to workshop with peers to refresh? If you can use some support, or just want to ensure you are documenting to standard, join us for this online small group workshop. There are three group Zoom workshops and one 45-minute individual coaching session. Each one-hour interactive workshop will include tailored exercises to assist in improving your own practice.
