About this event

Imagine you're playing a game. You're so absorbed in it that you've forgotten you're the person holding the controller. You think you're the character. You think the board is reality. And you forget there may be something much bigger behind the character you're playing. This is the idea at the heart of The Two Terminals. Join Iain Clifford for a thought-provoking webinar exploring ideas about identity, consciousness, perception and what it might mean to see ourselves as something more than the individual "player piece" moving through life. 🌊 You are not merely a drop in the ocean. You are the ocean in the drop. But what happens when the drop has forgotten it's part of the ocean? And, more importantly: What happens when the piece remembers? During this session, Iain will explore themes from The Two Terminals, including: 🎮 The player and the player piece — are we confusing the character with the person holding the controller? 🌌 The One and the hologram — exploring the idea that the individual may be part of something much larger. 🧩 The wound and forgetting — how our experiences can shape the way we understand ourselves and the world around us. ✨ The remembering and the Return — what might change when we begin to question the reality we've taken for granted? You don't need any previous knowledge of these ideas. Come with an open mind, hear the perspective being presented and decide for yourself what resonates. Can't attend live? Register anyway to receive any replay information made available by the organisers. The Financial Freedom Club Meetup Group supports the policies and principles of Meetup.
