About this event

Older Adults. Tiger princess dance projects, a non-profit contemporary dance company, brings you a free custom designed arts-based movement class for older adults. Join Artistic Director Yvonne Ng and her team of professional artists in a fun, healthy, and exciting arts program, Moving Stories. These free classes offer an introduction into the enriching world of art and creativity through movement and music. These activities have proven to improve circulation, retain joint mobility, promote mental stimulation, improve posture and coordination, and build strength and balance. No previous movement experience required. Suggested Age: 60 +Go at your own pace, modifications encouraged Exercises can be modified for seated movement and/or standing
