From $8,000 a Year to a Quarter Million: What a Baseball Coach Changed

About this event

Paul spent his life in baseball as a player, coach, and scout. His pitching website was full of great advice, and for years it made about $8,000 a year. Then it grew past a quarter of a million. He didn't learn more about pitching. He changed how he packaged and delivered what he already knew. What to expect: We'll begin with an 15-minute exercise to get you into the right mindset. Then, we'll listen to a recorded conversation with Paul to uncover what he got right. You'll hear why he almost walked away from baseball, why he sold his first product before he built it, and how he kept members coming back month after month. Then we'll wrap up with a 7-day consistency building exercise. Your small step before attending: Write down what drains you about your work and what you still love about your field. Bring both lists.
