About this event

🌿 Gentle Yoga & Meditation – Sunday Morning Reset Book your spot: https://www.trybooking.com/DQMKL Join me for a relaxed Sunday morning of gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and meditation at Burwood Neighbourhood House. This session is especially welcoming for beginners. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or experienced with yoga — just come as you are. 😊 🧘 What we’ll do • Gentle warm-up and mindful movement • Beginner-friendly yoga flow • Mobility and stretching • Pranayama (breathwork) • Short guided meditation and relaxation ✨ Who is this for? Anyone who wants to move their body, slow down and take a little time for themselves. Complete beginners are very welcome. 📍 Location: Burwood Neighbourhood House 🎟️ Booking required Please bring your own yoga mat and wear something comfortable. I’m Priyanka, a 200-hour trained yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance registered instructor. My aim is to create a friendly, no-pressure space where yoga feels accessible rather than intimidating. Come spend your Sunday morning moving, breathing and resetting. 🌿 I’d love to see you there! Priyanka Yoga Unscrolled
