The Power of the Subconscious Mind Over You

About this event

Your mind is more powerful than you think — it can stop you or help you. When you understand how it works, life gets easier, more focused, and less stressful. Is this you: "I know I should...but somehow I just don't" "I know I'm not supposed to.. but I still do." "I want to be bolder...but I hold myself back" "Is it even possible to take control of my subconscious mind?" Join us for a friendly, thought-provoking event where we explore how the mind influences our emotions, decisions, and daily life. Whether you're working on building confidence, reducing stress, or just getting more control over your thoughts, this event is perfect for you. Think about how many opportunities you've missed or things you've held back from doing. All because of that weird feeling deep inside. This group is created by the Dianetics & Scientology life improvement center. We’ll cover: • Why negative thinking can take over — and how to stop it • How to stop overthinking everything and never doing anything. • How to regain control when emotions feel too strong • Simple tools to feel clearer, calmer, and more in charge You'll be welcomed into a relaxed and supportive group of people who are curious about how to improve their lives through better understanding of the mind.
