About this event

Curious about a dream, a reoccurring theme or symbol, or an ongoing question you've been turning over? Join me at 5:00p 8th of October for a One-on-One Walk through the Royal Botanic Gardens where I'll guide you through a topic you would like to explore and follow it wherever it leads! In this one hour Walk & Talk exploration I will encourage the use of symbols, stories, archetypes, visualizations, embodied awareness, or other creative approaches for insight. Each walk is tailored around one area of exploration and offers an opportunity to experience a unique way of listening to yourself. \*\*For this Meetup PLEASE: • RSVP! The Walk & Talk is One-on-One so without you, it can't happen! I also don't want to overbook :) • Check the time slot you chose to ensure it was the time you wanted. There are usually two time slots scheduled a day. • Bring appropriate clothing for a brisk walk and the weather • Come ready with a topic/problem you'd like to explore. You will NOT need to share personal details about yourself or about this specific topic. However, we will explore it metaphorically and symbolically so it helps to have something in mind to start. • If anything changes with your schedule or you cannot make it for some reason please message me or cancel through meetup. • Have fun with the process and message me beforehand with any questions! What is this group about? A space for curious individuals to explore their inner world through guided self-exploration. During each walk, you'll choose one area you'd like to explore. We might draw on a dream, explore imagery or symbolism, try a guided visualization, or engage in reflective exercises involving intuition and imagination. Sometimes insight comes from looking beyond our usual ways of thinking. Exploring a symbol, image, dream, or intuitive impression can offer a different doorway into a question—one that doesn't require us to immediately explain or make sense of what we're experiencing. You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for—just bring a little curiosity and a willingness to see what emerges! Who should join? Anyone interested in self-discovery, exploring their inner world, and trying creative or reflective ways of understanding themselves. No prior experience with dreamwork or self-exploration is necessary. Are there any fees? There is no membership fee to join the group or for this event. There is one attendee spot available per hour, so this is a personal and relaxed space to slow down, get curious, and see what emerges through a one-on-one interaction. Is this group affiliated with a business or organization? These meetups are hosted by Stephanie Wilson and are associated with Roots & Realms, which offers Holistic Mentorship for self discovery. Website: www.rootsrealms.com Disclaimer: These walks are designed for personal reflection and self-exploration of a specific topic of interest rather than clinical support or counselling. They offer an opportunity to explore your inner world in a creative, curious, experiential way, and fun way!
