This virtual event entails holding a safe and supportive space for those that want to share their experiences and challenges on toxic relationships and it's impact on one's life. I do ask for everyone attending to turn on their audio and video to participate, out of respect for those sharing vulnerable moments of themselves. No matter where you are in your healing, whether that is recovering from emotional abuse/narcissistic trauma or actively seeking to break free from toxic patterns, this is a safe place to be heard, seen, and supported. We will also end with a wonderful exercise in guided imagery meant to unveil what is hidden within you, so that we bring the focus back to finding one's self after being lost.
