How often do you actually feel worthy? Not just know it in your head but feel it. In your body. In the quiet moments. In the way you treat yourself when no one is watching. This month we are getting honest about worthiness. And we are starting exactly where it lives...inside. This session is designed to help you: • Reconnect with the truth that you are already worthy, not when you achieve more, lose the weight, fix the relationship or figure it all out. Right now. As you are. • Notice where you have been waiting to feel worthy before allowing yourself to fully show up. • Practice what it actually feels like to inhabit your own worth in your body, not just your mind. We'll begin with a brief check-in to connect as a group, followed by a guided meditation to help you feel worthiness from the inside out. Afterward we'll share reflections and insights in a safe, supportive space. Whether worthiness feels close right now or very far away, this session is for you. Let's breathe, soften and remember who we actually are. What to Bring: • A journal or notebook (optional, for reflections). • A comfortable space to sit or lie down for meditation.
