Routines That Actually Stick: A Free Masterclass for Late-Diagnosed ADHD Brains
About this event
Routines That Actually Stick: A Free Masterclass for Late-Diagnosed ADHD Brains Got your ADHD diagnosis later in life? Then you probably have a drawer full of routines that worked for exactly three days. The planner, the app, the 5 a.m. club. Not because you're lazy, but because most routine advice was written for a different kind of brain. In this free online masterclass I'll show you why routines fail, and how to build one that bends instead of breaks. What we'll cover • Why "just be consistent" doesn't work for you, and what does • Building a routine around your energy instead of the clock • What to do when you fall off the wagon (you will, and that's fine) • The one minimal habit that keeps you going on bad days Who it's for Adults with ADHD, diagnosed, self-identified or still figuring it out. Especially if your diagnosis came later and you're now rebuilding how you run your life. Practical Online, 80 minutes plus time for questions. Camera on or off, your call. Late? Come in anyway. About me I'm Simone, founder of Center Yourself. I have ADHD and autism myself, unlike most women, I was diagnosed at a young age, and this gave me the headstart to figure out how to make my 'gifts' to work for me. For years I coached people about time management and how to work with all the tools the newest techniques are giving us. But lately I've been asked by adults whom got a late ADHD diagnose if I can help them with building the routines I live by. I reviewed and re-wrote my courses and now I'm testing if what I learned from my coach, and what i've been teaching to other, mostly not ADHD'ers, can help my fellow nerodivergent peeps. Not only by show and tell but also by sharing, because believe it or not: all the times that you gave up on starting new routines, habits and hobbies are actually tiny stepping stones to what you want to become. wanna join me?
