About this event

Dear Coach Tracey: Real Workplace Situations. Real Conversations. Got a career or workplace situation you can't quite figure out? Bring it to Dear Coach Tracey. 💌 Dear Coach Tracey is an interactive community conversation where we unpack real career and workplace situations submitted by members and work through them together. With live coaching from me (Coach Tracey) and perspectives from fellow professionals, we'll look beyond the obvious answer to explore what's actually happening, what you may be missing, what matters most, and what options you have for moving forward. 💬 You might bring a situation like: • “I'm doing the job above me without the title or pay. At what point do I stop proving myself and start pushing back?” • “My company keeps restructuring and my role looks completely different. Is this an opportunity or a warning sign?” • “AI can now do work that used to make me valuable. How do I reposition myself?” • “I'm miserable at work, but this job market makes leaving feel risky. How do I know when it's time to go?” • “I keep getting great feedback but not the promotion. Do I have a performance problem, a positioning problem, or a sponsorship problem?” You don't need to have the answer. That's the point. Bring your own question. Add your perspective to someone else's. Or simply listen and learn from the experiences in the room. We'll practice separating facts from assumptions, identifying what's actually at risk, considering different perspectives, exploring your options, and determining your smartest next move. And because career situations can be personal, questions can be submitted anonymously through Meetup message or email me directly at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). No generic career advice. No judgment. Just real people navigating real workplace situations, with fresh perspectives and practical strategy.
