The theme is “Ichigo Ichie” (一期一会) — a Japanese idea about treasuring each encounter, because it may happen only once. Someone you meet tonight might be leaving Tokyo tomorrow. That’s why we want to enjoy the people we happen to meet, right here, right now. 🌏 What to expect 🌍 Travelers from around the world, Japanese locals, and international residents 💬 English and Japanese — neither needs to be perfect 🍻 A small hostel bar where it’s easy to actually talk to people 👋 Many people come alone — our staff can introduce you to others 🕐 Come late, stay for one drink, or leave early — totally up to you Travelers, locals, hostel guests, and staff all gather around the same small bar.
