About this event

We're excited to host a casual fall community picnic for anyone into or interested in health, wellness, and living well. You don't need to track your sleep score or know what a VO2 max is, if you like being outside, meeting new people, and building a healthy community, you'll fit right in! ​📅 Date: Saturday, 17 October 2026 🕛 Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM EDT 📍 Location: 15 St–Prospect Park (https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=40.660717%2C-73.97925599999999&query_place_id=ChIJeRi2gR5bwokRQ3XCk1KQDg8&utm_source=luma) ​Schedule: • ​12:00 - Arrival; settle in, grab a snack, and meet the group • ​12:15 - Welcome from the Longevity New York team and short round of intros • ​12:30 - Grip Strength Competition begins • ​1:30 - Winners announced and prizes awarded • ​1:45 - Picnic & mingling continues • ​2:00 - Event ends ​🏆 Grip Strength Competition We'll have a friendly grip strength competition for anyone who wants to join in. Grip strength is a predictor of long-term health, so come see how you stack up! Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female participants. ​Good to know: • ​We'll have light snacks and beverages available. • ​If you'd like, please bring a snack, a meal, or something to share. • ​Name tags provided, so come ready to meet new people! ​Come for the picnic.
