Adults (18+). Join us as psychologist Dr. Nicole Anderson discusses the kinds of cognitive function changes that are a part of healthy aging, and provides examples of normal memory slips, and not so normal memory slips. This presentation discusses factors affecting cognition, including medical factors, and everyday lifestyle factors, then provides a number of memory strategies that people can use to make their memory function better. This is a drop in program, no registration is required.
