Taipei English & Mandarin Language Exchange｜Meet New Friends, Karaoke & Darts Want to meet new people in Taipei and practice English or Mandarin? 😊🌏 Join us every Saturday night at a cozy British-style bar. Meet Taiwanese locals, international friends, students, and travelers through relaxed and friendly conversations. We’ll start the night by talking, practicing languages, and getting to know each other. After that, you can sing karaoke, play darts, or simply keep chatting. 🎤🎯 At 10:00 PM, guests who want to continue the night can form a group and go to Maji Square for DJs, bars, and dancing. 🎶 Most people come alone, so don’t worry if you don’t know anyone. Our friendly hosts will introduce you to others and help you join a conversation. You don’t need to speak perfect English or Mandarin. All levels are welcome! This is more than a language exchange. It’s a fun Saturday night where you can meet new friends, practice languages, sing, play, and enjoy Taipei nightlife together. 🌏 Meet People and Practice Languages This is a social language exchange, not a class. Second Floor｜Karaoke and Sofas Go upstairs whenever you want to sing, listen to music, or relax on the sofas with your new friends. Karaoke and darts are optional. Maji Square is one of Taipei’s most popular nightlife areas, with DJs, music, bars, dancing, and a lively outdoor space. This is optional and is not an organized bar crawl. You don’t need to speak fluent English or Mandarin. This is a friendly social event, not a class. Do I have to sing karaoke or play darts? No. Karaoke and darts are optional. You can spend the whole evening meeting people, practicing languages, and chatting. Can I join if I don’t drink alcohol? Yes. TeaBar offers alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
