Then we build workflows that turn your schedule into a briefing system. By the end of 45 minutes, you have something running that you'll use every Sunday evening. What we build: • Calendar connector: live walkthrough, step by step • Weekly planning brief: Claude reads your whole week and maps what matters • Pre-meeting context pull: attendees, open threads, what to walk in knowing • Day-start briefing: today's meetings, what to prepare for each, what's urgent We also work through real scheduling and planning problems from the audience.
