Stop Overthinking, Start Trusting Yourself
About this event
An experiential workshop on decision-making, intuition, and self-trust Have you ever found yourself overthinking a decision, going back and forth between options, asking others for advice, or worrying about making the wrong choice? Whether it's a relationship, career change, moving to a new city, or simply figuring out your next chapter, sometimes the harder we try to find the right answer, the more confused we become. When we rely too heavily on logic, external validation, or other people's expectations, we can lose touch with our own needs, desires, and inner sense of direction. This experiential workshop invites you to slow down, step out of the cycle of overthinking, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided reflection, somatic practices, and experiential exercises, you'll explore how to distinguish intuition from fear, understand what's influencing your decisions, and develop greater confidence in your ability to navigate uncertainty. Led by Tracey Zhang, a trauma-informed somatic practitioner and breathwork facilitator who helps people navigate life transitions and develop greater self-trust. Having lived across six cities and three continents, Tracey brings both personal experience and professional expertise to the process of finding clarity through change.
