The meal includes a selection of Indonesian dishes such as satay, gado-gado, rendang, fried dishes, rice/noodle dishes, and dessert. The idea is simple: good food, a smaller group, and plenty of time to actually talk. This isn’t a formal anniversary party or networking dinner. You don’t need to have attended TESC before, and you definitely don’t need to know anyone already.
