Read Into It. Book Club.
About this event
This group is for those that wish to tantalize their minds with an inward journey of self discovery. Each book will be carefully selected to cultivate self reflection, awareness, and illumination. Focusing on the psyche, soma, mind, body, spirit, and self. Think Book Study; as opposed to Book Club. Now is the prefect time to join! We begin a new book on October 22nd! The Company We Keep by Alexandra Elle On October 22nd we will begin our newest book selection. "The Company We Keep" by Alexandra Elle "'*The Company We Keep' gives us permission to evolve in our friendships and reminds us that the people we surround ourselves with are not only mirrors but key companions on the lifelong journey of healing, self-trust, and belonging. Alex shares her unflinching stories of learning to stop abandoning herself in the name of loyalty, to take ownership of the energy she brought into relationships, and to tell the truth-even when it cost her comfort. 'The Company We Keep' is not just about cultivating our most meaningful friendships-it's about becoming a better friend to ourselves first."* You will need to obtain a copy of the book. (Library, Libby, Amazon, etc) You are welcome to join in at any time. Please see the 'Comments' section below as it will always tell you what page we are up to. We request that all late joiners please read up to our current location. :) The more the merrier, so don't be shy. https://us06web.zoom.us/j/87610291604?pwd=G8QPPseYL5KCwcdpsnMZRXEw3IOTDk.1 Read Into It book study is facilitated by Certified Life Coach Lorraine Trentini.
