THE ART OF YOU Draw Your Inner World in Colour The Art of You is a guided creative workshop for women combining the pleasure of drawing with the curiosity of exploring ourselves. Starting with the simple outline of an egg, we'll use colours, lines and symbols to create a personal picture of our inner world — from the familiar rhythms of everyday life to the feelings, wishes and possibilities that may be less visible. No drawing experience is needed. There's no right or wrong way to create, and no one will interpret your work for you. Sharing is entirely optional. What you'll get: A chance to step away from habitual ways of thinking, recharge and experience the pleasure of doing things your own way. Facilitator: Valentina Fratu — MA in Sociology, Post-Graduate in Psychology, over 20 years of experience exploring human experience through research and psychological practice.
