A recent BVSSH Meet-Up sparked a great discussion about Value Streams and Funding Models, with plenty of interest in exploring the topic further. So we'd like to bring together a small group for an interactive discussion, hosted by Maria Muir, to continue the conversation. Some of the questions we'll explore: \- How do we shift from funding projects to funding value streams? \- How do we align investment and capacity to strategic outcomes? \- What are the practical challenges and learnings from making this shift?
