Younger Adults (18-24). Calling all young adults! Did you know 'podcast' comes from iPod and broadcast? This intro session will include fun facts about the evolution of podcasting, an interactive listening component and best practices when making your own podcast. You’ll walk away being able to speak confidently about the medium and learn about the making of some of your favourite shows. You’ll also have the foundational information needed to start your own show! No experience necessary. Drop-in! Hosted by Amanda Cupido, an award-winning podcast producer, university instructor, former TPL Innovator in Residence, and author of Let's Talk Podcasting: The Essential Guide to Doing it Right !
