About this event

In this session we'll plan a first remote assistant hire from start to finish: what to hand over, where to find good people, how to test them, and how Claude writes the training material. A remote assistant is often the fastest way for an owner to get time back. The hire goes well when the role and the handover are clear before day one. What we'll cover: • Deciding which tasks an assistant should own first • Writing the job post and a short paid test task with Claude • Training material and checklists written once and reused • A weekly check-in routine that keeps quality high Format: Live and hands-on on Google Meet. We build it together on screen, and questions are answered as we go. This session is shared by the Bridges groups in Denver and Phoenix, so you'll meet owners from nearby cities. Bring: a laptop, a free Claude account, and a list of tasks you would hand to an assistant tomorrow. Who it's for: business owners, founders and managers across Denver and Phoenix. No technical background needed. Hosted by: Sakib from the Bridges Network. Where: Google Meet. The link appears here once you RSVP "Going." 60 minutes, no cost.
