Would you like to enjoy a warm hot pot while meeting new people and experiencing international exchange? 🍲🌏 This event is a friendly gathering where people from around the world can connect, share experiences, and make new friends. Sharing a hot pot naturally brings people together and sparks conversation, making it easy for first-time participants and solo attendees to feel comfortable and join in. Relax, enjoy great food, and connect with others in a welcoming atmosphere. Travelers, international residents, students all come together, creating a diverse and vibrant community. Whether you want to make new friends, practice English or Japanese, learn about different cultures, or simply enjoy a fun evening, this event is for you. Time 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM Participation Fee ¥3,000 (Venue fee + food costs) Venue 📍 Rental space near Shin-Okubo Station The detailed venue address and access information will be shared with participants after they RSVP, approximately two weeks before the event. How to Join If you would like to participate, please RSVP by clicking the “Attend” button on Meetup. Important Notes • This event will be held only if at least 15 participants have registered by the event date. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified in advance via Meetup. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to the participation fee due to venue, food, and preparation costs. • As this is a food-related event, please refrain from attending if you have a fever, feel unwell, or are experiencing any symptoms of illness. • Information about the main ingredients and allergens will be provided in advance. However, due to the cooking environment and preparation process, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. If you have severe food allergies, please contact the organizer before registering. • This event may involve health risks related to food consumption, including allergic reactions. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks and attend at their own responsibility. By RSVPing on Meetup, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. • Harassment, disruptive behavior, unsolicited sales activities, and any solicitation related to business opportunities, multi-level marketing (MLM), religion, or political activities are strictly prohibited.
