It starts with awareness, grows through hands-on experience, and strengthens with the skills to identify and defend against potential threats. CyberSecureU 2026: Break. Defend. Secure. is a cybersecurity initiative held in support of National Cybersecurity Awareness Month, organized by two student organizations of Quezon City University: • AWS Student Builder Group - QCU (AWS SBG - QCU) • Junior Philippine Computer Society - QCU (JPCS - QCU) Through an interactive cybersecurity seminar and a hands-on Capture the Flag (CTF) competition, CyberSecureU brings students together to explore digital security, understand common vulnerabilities, and develop practical skills for protecting systems and information. 🔐 During CyberSecureU 2026, you’ll get to: • Learn about cybersecurity threats, online safety, and practical defense strategies • Gain insights from speakers during the interactive cybersecurity seminar • Test your skills through hands-on CTF challenges in Web Exploitation, Digital Forensics, Cryptography, OSINT, Linux, and Cloud Security • Explore cybersecurity tools and techniques used in security analysis and vulnerability assessment • Collaborate with fellow students, solve problems under pressure, and learn from challenge walkthroughs Whether you're just starting to explore cybersecurity, interested in ethical hacking, or looking to strengthen your technical skills, CyberSecureU offers an opportunity to learn, experiment, and discover more about the world of digital security.
