Start the day right with the Longevity New York community: a relaxed breakfast or coffee before work, open to anyone curious about living longer and better. ​What is this about? ​Just coffee, breakfast, and good conversation with people who care about health and longevity before the workday takes over. It is the easiest way to meet the Longevity New York community without carving out a whole evening. ​What to expect • Sit with the group and order whatever you like from the menu. • ​Talk shop, swap notes on what you are trying, or enjoy a quiet breakfast with new faces. • ​Come and go as your morning allows: there is no fixed program to catch. ​Who is it for? ​Open to everyone: longtime members, first-timers, and anyone who wants to start the week around people thinking about health differently. No background in the science is expected. ​Good to know • ​Breakfast is pay your own, order directly at the counter or table. • ​Capacity is limited to 30 guests. • ​Ask for "Longevity New York" when you arrive and the team will point you to the group. ​Space is limited to 30.
