Toastmasters 4 Writers Spooky Tales and Stories on Saturday, October 17!

About this event

Welcome to Toastmasters 4 Writers! Toastmasters 4 Writers is a specialty Toastmasters club for everyone who loves storytelling and writing in any genre. You don't need to be a published or professional writer to enjoy our Toastmasters 4 Writers club. For 20 years, Toastmasters 4 Writers has been providing a safe and welcoming place for people to experience profound growth as communicators and leaders. We are here to cheer on all our members as they overcome their fear of speaking in front of groups, and excel as presenters. On Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 10 AM - noon PT, join us for our annual "Spooky Tales and Stories" party! This is a hybrid in-person and Zoom event. There will be a great lineup of speakers who will share spooky stories of all kinds! Toastmasters 4 Writers welcomes you to attend! Our meetings start at 10 AM sharp, and end approximately at noon. Toastmaster's message for our October 17th Spooky Tales and Stories meeting: Welcome spectral Toastmasters 4 Writers Members and Guests! 🎭 Masks and disguises; who are we and who do we want to be? If you could be anyone — or anything — for one morning, who or what would you choose? Halloween gives us permission to put on a mask, step into a disguise, and become someone else. But sometimes the masks we wear don’t just hide who we are; they reveal something about who we’d secretly like to become. Join us for Spooky Tales and Stories as we explore costumes, characters, disguises, transformations and the mysterious space between who we are and who we want to be. Come as you are…or come as someone else. 🎭👻🎃 Yvonne McLeod Spookmaster of the Day Check out our Zoom meeting announcement/newsletter with our meeting agenda and Zoom link embedded in the upper photos: Toastmasters 4 Writers Spooky Tales and Stories Announcement for October 17 (https://mailchi.mp/2f2da849817e/spookytalesboo1017261003261073664-21074801?e=74e4fa8afd) The Zoom link is: https://tinyurl.com/ZoomTM4Writers Meeting ID: 650 941 6494 Passcode: tm4wrocks Questions?
