About this event

Younger Adults (18-24). Leadership does not start when you become a manager or director. It starts with how you show up at work every day. In this workshop, participants will explore what it means to act like a leader early in their career through confidence, professionalism, communication, and accountability. We will discuss the key attitudes and habits that help young professionals stand out, build trust, and make a positive impact in the workplace. Participants will also learn practical ways to navigate everyday workplace challenges with maturity and confidence. Whether you are starting your career or looking to grow professionally, this session will help you build the mindset and skills to lead where you are.
