SilverKite Community Arts: Watercolor Painting: Carnival Squash and Gargoyle Pumpkins

About this event

Adults (Ages 24 to 49), Older Adults (Ages 50+). In celebration of nature's festive expression participants will paint carnival squash and gargoyle pumpkins using wet on wet, splattering and dry brushing techniques. Facilitated by SilverKite® Teaching Artist Tammy Leaver Supplies: -Acrylic paints-white, brown, blue, green, black, orange, yellow -Paper towels -Water and water container -Paintbrushes (flat and round) -Palette or palette paper -Mixed media paper or canvas SilverKite Community Arts offers online inter-generational workshops, talks, social hours and performances FREE for KCLS patrons. We hope that by offering these opportunities, we are providing stimulating creative engagement opportunities and social connection. These workshops last approximately one hour.
