Adult, Newcomers. Completing online forms can be challenging, especially when you are new to English and new to technology. Newcomers to Edmonton can visit an Edmonton Public Library to get 30 minutes of technology help from a community volunteer as you navigate online forms. Volunteers can help you with the technology tasks needed to complete forms for: Immigration activitiesEmployment opportunitiesIncome subsidyEducational activitiesFinding housing Please note: Your form may take longer than 30 minutes to complete and independent work may be required. What to bring: Details on the location of the online form.Documentation or information needed to complete the form.A USB key or access to an online drive where documents can be saved.Optional: Your personal device or laptop. Please be aware that the volunteer will help with the technology aspects of completing the form. The volunteer does not provide advice or interpretation of the content needed to complete the form. To register for 30 minutes with a volunteer at the Mill Woods Branch please call 780-496-1818
