About this event

Teens (14-18 years), Tweens (9-13 years). Created for a younger audience in mind (8 years or older), earlier in the day. But you don’t have to be a homeschooler. If you’re a teen and this time works for you, please join us. No experience necessary. Join us and learn how to code. Use variables, loops, conditionals, debugging strategies and more. Build your own or team up with a group. Everyone gets their own coding account and can learn at their own pace. We’ll need an email (yours or a parent) to add you if you don’t already have one. Right now, we’re learning beginning Game Development, but please select the coding pathway of your choice. Reserve your spot. We have 8 computers in the children’s area for you to use. Register online here. Wired headphones required. We have some you can use but recommend you bring your own. Hack your potential and Code Your Future!!!

OneJoy is where people find each other — the host organises the event, not us. Check who is hosting, judge whether it suits you, and take the same care you would meeting anyone new. Under-18s should come with a parent or guardian. Any money changes hands directly with the host; OneJoy never handles payments.
