About this event

Adult. Indulge in your passion for literature and cuisine at a unique book club where we combine the love of reading with the love of food! For August, we're going to read different books based on a specific theme chosen for the month. Come ready to talk about the book you have read and get some new ideas for your own reading. We are still going to be making and eating a delicious snack loosely inspired by the monthly theme. Don't miss out on this opportunity to bond with fellow book-lovers over a shared love of literature and food. The August theme will be dystopian/utopian novels. Come ready to talk about a book of your choice! We have provided some suggestions below. All titles are available to borrow from the library. To accompany our book talks we will be making and drinking Soylent green smoothies.
