About this event

Tweens (Ages 9 to 11). Ever wanted to make your very own treasure map or epic fantasy world? Come join artist and game master Emily Donnel as we explore fantasy mapmaking and play some mapmaking games. If you are looking for a way to dip your toe into TTRPGs without needing to wrangle your friends into playing, this is a great place to start because many worldbuilding and mapmaking games can be played solo. At the end of the program, you’ll receive free online resources and recommendations for further games to explore. For ages 8-12. Snacks provided by Friends of Kingsgate Library. This is part of a series: Tuesday, June 23, 5:30-7:30pm at Kingsgate Library Intro to Dungeons and DragonsSaturday, July 11, 1:30-3:30pm at Kirkland Library Beyond Dungeons and Dragons: Exploring the Wider World of Table-top Roleplaying GamesReasonable accommodation for people with disabilities is available by request. Email [email protected] at least seven days before the event. Automated closed captioning is always available for online events.
