About this event

Coming Back to Yourself (I don’t feel like myself anymore) Have you ever looked at your life and realized you don’t really feel like yourself anymore? Maybe you’ve spent so much time being a partner, parent, caregiver, employee, or the person everyone depends on that somewhere along the way, you stopped making room for yourself. Maybe you’re in a relationship and you’ve slowly lost touch with your own wants, interests, voice, or identity. Maybe the relationship ended, but you’re still trying to figure out who you are now. Or maybe life itself has changed you so much that you’re not even sure what parts of you are still yours. Coming Back to Yourself is a guided, open conversation and workshop for people who feel disconnected from themselves and are ready to understand why that happened and begin finding their way back. This will not be a lecture, and you will not be pressured to share anything you are not comfortable sharing. I’ll guide the conversation with reflection questions, real-life examples, and space for honest discussion. You can expect moments of reflection, conversation, honesty, and practical takeaways. The goal is not for you to leave with every answer. The goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of where you are, what you’ve been missing, and one intentional way to begin reconnecting with yourself. This is not a conversation about blaming your partner. It is not a space where anyone will tell you whether you should stay or leave a relationship. And it is not about trying to become the exact person you used to be. It is about asking: Where am I in my own life? And: What would it look like to start making room for myself again? Come as you are. You do not have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to have the conversation. 💜🌱✨
