About this event

Adults (Ages 24 to 49), New Adults (Ages 19 to 23), Older Adults (Ages 50+). Are you dealing with pests in your rental house or apartment? Is your landlord not responding to or handling the pest problem? What are tenants’ rights related to pests? Join Solid Ground tenant counselors to learn: How to report a pest problem to your landlord.Tenants’ rights when there are pests in rental housing, and what recourse you have.The process to request that your landlord handle pest problems.Landlords’ responsibilities under the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act. A visiting attorney from the Tenant Law Center may be available during presentations for general legal information. Legal aid resources are shared during the presentation as well.
