Description You don’t have to have your whole career figured out to take the next step! Join us for an in-person small group career coaching session to work through your goals, navigate challenges, and figure out how to move forward. Let’s support each other and grow our careers, one step at a time! What to expect Sessions are intentionally small so everyone has time to go in depth into what they’re dealing with and receive coaching specific to their situation. You’ll also learn from others, hear different perspectives, and leave with practical next steps. Topics can include career direction, job searching, resumes, interviews, salary negotiation, promotions, confidence, advocating for yourself, and navigating difficult workplace relationships. Bring what’s on your mind! Our agenda • Welcome and introductions • Share your career goals or a challenge you’re facing • Individual coaching within the group, with time for questions and discussion What to bring Bring a question, goal, or situation you’d like to work through, plus something to take notes with.
