60+, Adults, Preschoolers, School Age, Teens, Tweens. Enjoy a rare view of the night sky! See further into space as the Perseids Meteor Shower coincides with the new moon! Come out for Perseids Meteor Shower Watch Party with Standley Lake Stargazers, Standley Lake Public Library and Majestic View Nature Center. You can spot the meteor shower with a naked eye but since they can be sporadic, we’ll also have telescopes to view other fascinating space objects. Bring your own telescope as well for a true community viewing experience! The watch party will be hosted at: Majestic View Nature Center 7030 Garrison Street, Arvada, CO 80004
