WHAT THIS IS A free 75 minute online workshop for people who own one or two investment properties, or are ready to buy and have stopped. Values have fallen for five months. Rents have risen for five years. Both are true at once, and that is exactly why the decision feels hard right now. We work through four questions, in order, because the order is what makes them useful: 1\. Is what you own still doing the job you bought it for? 2\. Does the arithmetic still work at today's rates and today's rent? 3\. Do the measures that commence and apply from 2027\-28 change that arithmetic for you? 4\. And only then: buy\, wait or sell? WHAT TO BRING Four figures for anything you own: what you paid, what it is worth now on a conservative read, what it rents for, and what it costs you to hold each month after everything.
