SOMETHING SPOOKY IS BREWING AT DIC TOASTMASTERS! Think you know what's coming? THINK AGAIN! Dear fellow Toastmasters and wonderful guests, come with an open mind, a sense of humour and perhaps a little Halloween spirit!
