Discovery Time: Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center

Elementary, Preschoolers. Tuesday, August 11: Join us for a special story time featuring our community partner, Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center! Staff from the park will introduce some of their fascinating Animal Ambassadors, giving children and families the chance to meet live animals while learning about local wildlife and nature. It's a fun, interactive experience you won't want to miss! For: Pre-School & Elementary (ages 3 to 10 years old). Younger siblings may participate with the active support of a parent or caregiver as long as they do not disrupt the program. How to Attend: To ensure your position in the program, please register each child who will be attending. Library programs, events, and classes may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you prefer that your child not be included in photos or videos, please notify a staff member.
