About this event

Pre-registration is required. Joining link: https://streamyard.com/watch/UfgxUjvUG5Ef AI for Work: Turning AI Into Your Everyday Work Assistant October 22 at 1:00 PM ET Free, 45-minute live webinar You’ve used AI to draft an email, summarize a document, or brainstorm ideas. But gathering the information, moving it between tools, and following up can still take plenty of your time. How do you get AI to help with more of that process? Join Ashleigh Bilodeaux, GTM AI Engineer at Zoom, for a practical session on turning everyday tasks into repeatable AI workflows. Ashleigh started in demand generation, marketing, and GTM operations. Today, she designs AI workflows that support more than 1,000 sellers at Zoom. She’ll draw on that experience to show how she approaches meeting preparation, lead routing, and other recurring work—and how you can apply the same thinking with the tools you already use. You’ll walk through a real lead-routing workflow, see where human review fits, and have a chance to map a task from your own work. WHAT YOU’LL LEARN • How to think in workflows. Identify the steps behind a recurring task and decide where AI could help. • The five building blocks of an AI workflow: trigger, context, instructions, action, and review. • What this looks like at work. Explore examples including meeting briefs, lead qualification and routing, weekly reports, and onboarding checklists. • How to start with familiar tools. Apply the approach using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini. • What to check before automating. Understand how data quality, access permissions, broken connections, and human approval affect the result. • How to test and improve your first workflow. Start with one manageable task and assess whether it saves time and produces useful results. WHO SHOULD JOIN? Anyone interested in applying AI to their everyday work is welcome, whether you’re just getting started or already use it regularly. This session will be especially useful for: • Marketing, sales, and GTM professionals • Operations teams and process leads • Product and project managers • Founders, small business owners, and team leaders • Anyone looking to spend less time on repetitive tasks No technical background or coding experience is required. You’ll leave with a workflow worksheet, a four-week action plan, and a clearer idea of what to try first. Bring one task you repeat every week—we’ll help you think through how AI could make it easier.
