About this event

Building the wrong thing fast is still building the wrong thing. Velocity without evidence is just expensive guessing. In this session, you'll learn how to use prototypes to test assumptions, gather feedback, and make informed decisions. You'll explore how prototypes fit naturally with agile approaches such as scrum. You'll leave with a framework to reduce risk, align fast and build the right thing. Our Speaker: Felicia Joyner (https://www.tekbiztranslations.com/about-1) is an international speaker, author, and founder of TekBizTranslations (https://www.tekbiztranslations.com/) with 30 years of experience in technology and business analysis. Her career began as a secretary. She worked her way into the server room, became a subject matter expert, then a technical training manager. Today she is a registered scrum master, registered product owner, and certified AI consultant who equips agile teams with practical frameworks they can use the next day. Better analysis. Better decisions. Better work. She is the author of "Tekkie Visions: Crafting Your Future" and the upcoming "Boss Moves." With her relatable, no-nonsense approach, Felicia's presentations light up the room. Zoom Security Note You will need to be signed in to your Zoom account in order to access this event.
