About this event

❄️ In the traditional Chinese solar calendar, "Frost's Descent" (Shuang Jiang 霜降) is the 18th solar term – the last of autumn. The dew turns into frost, the cold deepens, and winter is just around the corner. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the moment to fortify your core – especially the Spleen and Stomach, your digestive center. Because winter is the season of nourishment, and if your digestion is strong, you can absorb all the goodness winter brings. If it's weak, even the best food becomes a burden. Like preparing the soil before planting. Frost's Descent season, we prepare your body's soil. Autumn-to-Winter Transition Qigong Serie (Gather · Nourish · Balance · Store · Fortify · Restore).
