About this event

Teens (13-17). Are you an avid reader? If reading more is one of your goals this year, then the Teen Book Club might be the place for you. Every month we will read a book that aligns with TPL’s Reading Challenge for an added twist! When the year is finished, enter the contest, or simply be proud of yourself for reading. Pick up your physical copy in the Youth Hub, check out an e-book or e-audiobook online at tpl.ca, or simply join us to talk about all things bookish. All teens are welcome! The title for this month is The Surprising Power of a Good Dumpling by Wai Chim. This program is part of Youth Hub service. Youth Hubs are a welcoming place for teens after school and in the summer, where helpful staff are always available. Free, nutritious snacks are offered daily. Drop by a branch with a Youth Hub or call the branch to find out more.
