Create your own spooky‑cute ghost portrait using simple mixed media materials in this hands-on craft program where friendly phantoms, wiggly shapes and crafty magic come together for a delightfully eerie creation. For ages 6 to 13. How to Attend Register by the start of the event. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13.
