About this event

Adults: 18 and up, Kids: 6 to 13 years, Teens: 13 to 19 years. Join us for a community music jam session for musicians of all levels who play instruments! This Halloween season, we will feature a spooky music jam hosted by Librarian Jim who will perform a few scary tunes to start and then it'll open to all musicians in the form of an open mic / jam with anyone. We'll have some instruments on hand, but we encourage any and all to bring their own to showcase their talent. There will be a sign-up sheet if many performers attend but it's more of a free-for-all in celebration of Halloween. Beverages and treats, not tricks, provided. We welcome all ages: adults, teens and families! How to Attend Registration is recommended but not required. Space may be limited. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL. Accessibility Need sign language interpretation or other accessibility assistance for this event? Please call (312) 747-8184 or email [email protected] to request accommodations. Requests must be made at least 14 business days before the event. Image provided by Jim
