We are calling out to those who have been intrigued by Human Design but haven’t been able to figure out how to begin to approach it. We’re calling out to those who have been mesmerized by the intricate Human Design bodygraphs but have no clue what they are looking at. We’re also calling out to those who resonate with Western Astrology, the Gene Keys, chakras, or the I Ching and want to understand how it all comes together. If you have been wanting to figure out Human Design, we have the perfect opportunity for you. I have resonated with Western Astrology and the Gene Keys for many years, and most of you know that chakras are my bag, baby. But I have never been able to get into Human Design. I bought the book, watched a number of videos, and heard some people talk about Human Design, but the bodygraph looked overwhelming and was anything but self-explanatory, so I gave up on it years ago. A few months ago, one of our regulars, Jyana, suggested that we invite Kelsey Tortorice to present on Human Design during one of our Sundays. We are always looking for local practitioners to come in, share their wisdom, and see if they can stir up any interest in their services. So Kelsey was a perfect fit, and we had her in one Sunday this summer. That’s when things changed for me and several others in our group. Kelsey came and presented for over 3 hours, and at the end of the day, most of the people in the room had woken up to the efficacy and value of the Human Design system, myself included. I was really surprised that I was able to completely transform my perception of Human Design in a single 3-hour session, but it happened to me and to several others around me. Hearing some of the members use their new vocabulary to finally be able to explain matters that were previously not understood was a refreshing eye-opener. This was entirely due to Kelsey’s masterful ability to teach. I have a career as a professional instructor and can appreciate good teachers when I run into them. I am an eternal student, always looking for worthy teachers, and my standards are high. But when the student is ready, the teacher will appear, and that teacher has appeared for several of us. Kelsey has been teaching online for the last several years. She has a podcast with an archive that is rich in information. But I’m a very kinesthetic learner, and I like to be in the same room as the instructor and other students. I host an in-person event in my house every Sunday; I like in-person events. So we begged and prodded and cajoled Kelsey until she agreed to teach a weekly in-person event series. Such are the superpowers of Manifesting Generators. ;) Our cohort of 6-8 people is mostly new to Human Design, so the course is going to start from the very beginning. We’re starting with a 7-week course and plan to follow up with another course in January. Not everyone in the cohort will be new, and Kelsey is able to teach people at every level of familiarity with Human Design, so you do not have to be new to benefit from the course and the personal interaction with the other members of the cohort. In order to complete the 7 sessions in the first half of December, before the holiday festivities, two of the sessions will occur on a day other than Thursday when everyone can meet. While you won’t want to miss any of the sessions, if you have to miss one, Kelsey will provide links to the podcast episodes that will allow you to keep up with the group on your own schedule.
