About this event

Adults (18+), Older Adults, Younger Adults (18-24). Develop and exercise the skills you need to be an active participant in everyday democracy in this fun, interactive session. Democracy Fitness expands traditional ideas of what democracy is by exploring the skills that help people participate in civic life, build understanding and work together. In this session, we’ll exercise our Curiosity muscles. In a democracy, we don't know the answers in advance. If we stay open and creative, we become wiser and discover new possibilities. This program is for adults, please register for email reminders, drop-in's are welcome. This program is offered in partnership with Democracy Fitness Global and MASS LBP. Generously supported by McConnell Foundation.
